Year 1
Students that are pre-music majors are expected to enroll in MUSC 1105 during their first semester at USU. The course is intended to prepare students for MUSC 1110 - Music Theory I (BCA) . Although the course is not required for graduation, it is expected that students will register for the course and either complete it or test out. Even if testing out, students must register for the course. Fall Semester (15 credits)

BA students must turn in a proposal for their capstone project to the program director by week 12 two semesters before signing up for the project credits. For most students this means the proposal will be due by week 12 of their third-to-last semester. Contact the BA program director for more information. Fall Semester (14 credits)
