Machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) are at the forefront of technological advances in fields such as healthcare, finance, autonomous vehicles, and more. This certificate provides a strong foundation in machine learning and AI, equipping students with the skills and knowledge to better harness the power of data, enabling them to tackle complex problems, make data-driven decisions, and develop cutting-edge solutions.

Students already pursuing a masters or doctoral degree at USU may apply for this Certificate as a Secondary Program using the Concurrent Degree Form. Students interested in pursuing this Certificate as a standalone certificate (who are not already in a masters or doctoral degree program at USU) should apply through the USU School of Graduate Studies at https://gradschool.usu.edu/. This Certificate is stackable towards certain masters degrees at USU (including Master of Data Analytics and Master of Data Analytics-Statistics specialization). All grades for courses applied toward this Certificate must be C or better.
