The purpose of the Post Bachelor’s Certificate in Aquatic Ecosystem Restoration is to provide training for graduate students wishing to gain depth in techniques and principles for restoration of riverine habitats and environments. This certificate is intended for graduate students, matriculated at USU, and taking courses for credit.

WATS 5300 - Principles of Aquatic Ecosystem Restoration 2 credit(s) or
WATS 5310 - Ecology and Restoration of Wetland and Riparian Plants 3 credit(s) or
WATS 6700 - Restoration Ecology 4 credit(s)
Students who choose to take WATS 5300 or WATS 5310 will need to take additional credits from the Additional Certificate Requirements course list for a total of 12 credits for the certificate.
